Class Refunds policy
Full payment is due to secure your spot upon signing up for a class.
100% of class fee is transferable to another class if cancellation is done at least 48 hours before class. This allows us to offer your spot to an individual on the waiting list and it ensures that our teachers will be compensated for their time.
There is a $10 re-scheduling fee, and classes can only be rescheduled once and must be used within 30 days
No-shows forfeit any refund or exchange.
When enrolled in a class, if the student only attends a portion of the class, no “make-up” time or credit is given for missed class time.
Classes are formatted to teach the necessary material in the scheduled time. Should you not finish your project, you may register for a Sewing Lab to receive instruction necessary to finish your project.
***We realize that things come up, illness, etc. Should this happen on the day of your class, please call to let us know you can’t attend. We have a waiting list for our classes. We will put you on a waiting list for another class. This “make up” period is for 30 days. We cannot guarantee a make-up session, and will do the best we can.
